this a retelling of one of my favorite books Anne Frank to demenstrate the understanding of retelling.
As a Jew Anne frank and other were forced into hiding from the Natzies during the Holocaust, but unfortunately she and her family was found and taken the Auschwitz concentration camp. This book retells her life through the eyes of her journal.
